I am most useful at the boundary between commercial promise and operational reality: where scope, capacity, margin, delivery, reporting, and ownership need to work as one system.
I do not separate operating advice from implementation. I work with the leadership team, follow the process into the detail, build the operating view or workflow, and remain accountable for whether it is used.
